Each year, the Webby's selects a studio to build a design system rooted in the energy of the previous year in digital design. The 26th Annual Webby Awards were the first year back in a live venue since the pandemic and we had the honor of being asked to concept and develop the creative direction based around the concept of 'Bangers Only'. What we created was a maximalist nod to the connective tissue between music, the internet, pop culture, and contemporary design that wrapped the award show in a blitz of energy. The campaign touched all aspects of the event, including the :60 intro video, digital marketing campaign, stage design, in-venue signage, and award winner motion graphics.
