Everything that came before each of us is already inside of us, encoded in our DNA waiting to be discovered. On the flip side, everything we do here on the planet alters our DNA and therefore impacts collective consciousness for generations to come. There are 33 degrees of awakening consciousness already in you. Reclaim your crown! As an artist, Jagwar Twin has often felt at war with the concept of curating his digital self and the seeming need to be an influencer in this ever-connected digital world we all exist in. Many of the songs on 33 play with this duality and we wanted the art direction to directly reference both the pull between the digital and analog worlds, but also the concept of digital curation.
